To impart the knowledge of democracy, we conducted the Student Council Election on 9th July 2025. The Principal Rev. Sr. Therese Mathew DM highlighted the objective of the election during her motivational talk. She urged the students on how to be responsible voters in electing leaders. She guided the students to elect leaders not based on popularity but on potential.
The election was conducted through various phases:
Phase 1: The election process kick-started with the nomination on 23rd June 2025. All the enthusiastic candidates stepped forward to file the nomination.
Phase 2: On 4th July 2025, candidates delivered manifestos, outlining their visions and ambitious plans for the future of our school.
Phase 3: Candidates actively campaigned from 30th June to 4th July.
Phase 4: The election was smoothly conducted on 9th July.
Phase 5: Following a fair and transparent voting process, the votes were counted in the presence of the Principal and Proposers. The Head Boy, Head Girl, Sports Captain, and Sports Vice-Captain were duly elected on 9th July 2025.
Our Principal declared the results and congratulated the winners. She extended words of appreciation to Mrs. Mary Pradeepa for coordinating the entire process methodically.
