International Yoga Day was celebrated at the LFCS auditorium with great enthusiasm. The entire Little Flowerians school community came together to acknowledge the spirit of yoga with the title “YOGA FOR ONE EARTH, ONE HEALTH.”
The session began with the warm-up exercise followed by a series of yoga asanas (such as Pranayama, Bhujangasana, Surya Namaskar, Warrior Pose, etc.).
With dedication and discipline, students from grades I to X performed a variety of yoga postures.
Our yoga instructor, Mr. Sajin Robince, led the session and provided detailed explanations for each posture, helping students understand its benefits and techniques. Thus, Yoga Day celebration promoted a healthy mind in all of our students.
