On Wednesday, 5th June, little "preservationist" of LFCS Grade VI-VIII students took the initiative to make our atmosphere clean by planting saplings in school premises. Children gained knowledge about the various plant species and their specific needs. The hands-on experience allowed the students to develop a deep sense of environmental sensitivity and brought them closer to nature. This activity taught them to live a healthy life both physically and mentally and also treat plants as very important aspect of their life.
